I have lots of things to tell and share. But yet, they all failed to be projected on this blog. Hmmm… Well, I finally get my lazy ass to upgrade my wordpress to version 2.0.4
I hope it has better spam protection
I don’t know which is worse… A. Not loving and feeling stupid speaking your mother-tongue language, or B. Being very bad at it.
I might sound harsh, but any of those 2 is just unacceptable. I look up to Japanese people. They respect and love their language - they put it first than any other language. It SHOULD be that way. If you have no respect and love for your own stuff, nobody else will.
I hope more people will join the SYC awards in ‘overall‘ and ‘contents‘ categories. It seems kind of empty there
And thanks to everyone who has voted me in the Fuzzy Dream Awards. I hope you will still vote for me since the voting is still open
I’m going to reply all comments posted here and the ones from Despair. Thanks all commenters, you all have been very supportive
*hugs*

huuhuhuh.. dah upgrade ke.? same a kite
mintak2 a dah update ni protecting die bagus.. letih dah ngan spam ni
I agree with what you said about the love and respect to the language. BUt some people just don’t are about anything
I agree with you. People must learn how to love their own language BUT in our country, we have more than 100 dialects here! The other reason why we are having economic crisis (I believe that’s what it’s called, lol) is because even our own people can’t even understand each other. We go to a province and they speak other language. grr. it’s really bad, eh?
how I wish we were more united, like the japanese ones.
and I believe in your country too, everyone’s speaking the same language.
I have upgraded my wp to 2.0.4 but some of my themes won’t work. really weird. lol. So I removed it again. take care!
hey there!! congrats in winning tha personal site award at Fuzzy Dream awards!!! -^^- keep it up!!!!
:|Hai najwa, nih mesti kes sharifah amani kan? So, cam ni lah I can’t accept malaysian yang tak fasih berbahasa malaysia..Tak ada sifat kenegaraan lansung…
Hahaha… then, lets start blogging with malaysian now.
that’s why i used to have two blogs. one english, and the other is indonesian.
hmm… B is worse
I’m horrid at speaking the filipino language, and even worse at the italian language.
SO you’re not alone in not being able to speak your mother-language.
^ Excuse me miss… but I never said I’m not good in speaking my own language
Some parents make their kids speak their native tounge at home and the 2nd one at school and what not.. I think being able to speck more then your native is awesome..
Congrats on placing so well .
yay for winning !
I cant wait until the SYC Award voting started.
I hope I will win!
sometimes you just suck at some things, that sucks. lol
I’d definitely join the awards if I had finished my personal site. But I’ve been slacking, lately.
Anyway.. absolutely adorable site! I’ll be favoriting.
I’ll go for SYC awards, but my site sucks.
Unable to speak the mothertongue is worst than feeling stupid/hating it.
Hey thanks for visiting and commenting my site!Appreciate it a lot..Glad that you are from Malaysia too cos its hard to find someone`s site from Malaysia!Yea i totally agree with you on the respect issue.I didnt even bother to upgrade my wordpress haha..cos so far its still good so yea..and also i am lazy hehe..
thanks for the comment girl. i’m fine ta. apa khabar? site ini bagus! btw - i’m from sarawak - what about you?
Pleaselah…parents must encourage their children to learn mother-language rather than practice foreign language at home. Basically, mastered more than one languanges will make you better, but the situation will be like this, “Hi my name is Sharifah Hanani, and I’m from Malaysia, and proud to apart of it. I can speak English, Chinese, Japanese and Italian fluently. But I sounded stupid I speak in Bahasa, my mother-touge”
Such a disaster…
I don’t really like the Dutch language (my main language). I prefer the English language, I like it better. But that’s all opinions. You don’t necessarily have to love your own language, just accept the fact that you were born in a country where they speak that language. Good luck with the awards!
i really hate speaking my mothertongue ..
but yeah here in the philippines, or manila atleast, english is standardized, which is good. heheh
*shrugs*
i love your layoutbdw! its hecka awesome!
oh, like that Sharifah Amani.. the actress. She said that she felt stupid if she spoke in Malay. What kind of person is that. I know she didn’t mean that Malay language is stupid. I mean, she lives in Malaysia and grow up in Malaysia and being mix-blood isn’t the excuse for not being fluent in Malay.
I’ve total lost my respect to her and anybody like her.
Olá… I found well good show here… organized… I liked this version very… and that you it comes to obtain what desires… masi then I am for ai… until more!
I agree with Aisyah, being mix blood isn’t an excuse for not being fluent in Malay. Think again, Japanese create everything, invent new things almost everyday but they still using their mother language. This issue is not a new issue, but right now, Malaysia like to use Manglish or rojak language to communicate, so where we should put our beloved malay language?
Oh y eah, I don’t like it when people seem ashamed of their language or even of their nationality… I don’t mind it as much if someone grew up in a country that speaks a different language and thus they don’t speak their mother language, though. Maybe they never had the time or opportunity to learn it
