I’m in the middle of a dilemma for a big decision I should make. Thinking it through, I’ve had enough. I’ve been patient for too long. I do have feelings and sense to be appreciated. But I just don’t get it until now. I think it’s time for me to leave and move on with my life… And no, what I’m facing about now isn’t about love, it’s friendship… and sense of belonging…

Crying is perfectly ok! You are not weak because you cry, it shows you are strong because you have no fear to appear weak to other people, who think crying is a sign of weakness.

Sounds like it’s time to move on hun. Also sounds like it’s a damn shame if you have to let a friend go. You sound like you would be a great friend.
It’s definitely fine to cry. Everyone does it, and it does actually make you feel better - I speak from experience. Although it’s better to do it solitarily in a place which is not visible to prying eyes x) because if it is there will be much confusion and unfair taunting.
Cry for a while, have some chocolate, then think over it. Your head will be a lot clearer

Aw I hope you’ll be alright, and I hope things will work out. Crying isn’t bad, and it’s not a sign of weakness - it’s a sign of strength. Many people seem to think crying is a bad thing but by showing your emotions, you show others how strong you are. So don’t worry about that. I hope you’ll feel better soon.
