Want to make all that heavenly-look washed-out image for your pic? Just follow these simple steps;
- First, Open the image you want to edit. I’ll use this Hilary pic;
- Go to Layer > Duplicate, to duplicate the current pic.
- Before that, take notice of which one is the duplicated layer and which one is the background layer;
- Select the background layer pic, go to Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur. Now set the Radius to 3.00, like the one below;
- Now select on the duplicated layer pic, go to Layer > Properties, and set its blend mode to Overlay
- You can just adjust the washed-out’s opacity to which you mostly prefer by;
- ….and now the final result!
